The 11th July 2019 marks the 24th anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide.

Only 50 years after the holocaust and the world’ s determination of “never again”, 8372 Bosnian men and boys were systematically executed in a preplanned operation to ethnically cleanse the eastern Bosnian enclave of Srebrenica.

Remembering Srebrenica Scotland is an Scottish educational Charity that shows how unchallenged, hatred and intolerance can take a multi-ethnic country from peace and stability to the scene of the worst Human rights atrocity in Europe since the 1940s.

On July 11th, we invite you to take a moment to reflect on what happened in Bosnia -and why. We ask you to remember the thousands of innocents from all communities who died for simply having the wrong family name and we ask you to share this post on your Social networks, in your conversations and in your corporate communications.
